Service Manager
Upto £30,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has a risen for a passionate and skilled Service Manager to join a well established and growing team. My client is a leading organisation supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism and associated complex behaviours.

This Service Manager role is based within a setting that is part of a reputable care provider who delivers high standards of care and have a unique approach to person-led support. The Service Manager will manage a service with people who have a variety of support needs. You will need to be enthusiastic about communicating with and supporting people in a person centered manner.

As the Service Manager the following is required:

• Experience at management level, leading services in learning disabilities and associated complex behaviours.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and legislations
• Experience in mental health, autism and learning disabilities.
• Awareness of change management
• At least three years’ experience in managing a team.
• Be willing/able to travel within the Service and the footstep of the company
• Desirable - Car driver with full clean driving license

• Previous experience of Managing LD/MH service.
• Excellent communication skills.
