Position: Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £50,000 + Bonus
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Registered General Nurse qualified or Registered Mental Health Nurse qualified Home Manager to join the team at a leading Care Provider who have an impressive portfolio of Homes across the Northern and Southern regions. This is an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Home Manager who is seeking a new challenge with a large and supportive company. The Nursing Home is stable, fully staffed and medium in size. The fabric of the building is purpose built and has an excellent reputation in the area. In regards to CQC, it has a fantastic rating, and the successful candidate will be expected to maintain this rating and strive for outstanding. It is essential therefore that the successful candidate has a proven track record with CQC and be able to evidence this will catalogue of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ reports.
On behalf of this ethical and innovative company I am seeking an approachable, motivational and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of CQC and compliance and lead the Nursing team with a positive attitude which inspires the staff team and makes residents feel like they are in a ‘home from home’ environment.
The successful Nursing Home Manager will be supported by a strong senior leadership team which consists of Senior Home Managers, Area Quality Managers and Regional Managers. Furthermore, you will be supported day to day by a deputy nursing home manager, clinical lead, home admin and recruitment support!
The Role and Requirements of the Nursing Home Manager:
• Active Nurse PIN – Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse.
• Registered Home Manager experience with a proven track record with CQC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record with CQC inspections, and current ‘GOOD’ rated reports or demonstrable turnaround experience.
• NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management or (working towards).
• Up to date clinical skills.
In return the successful Nursing Home Manager will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus up to £10,000 in bonuses!
