Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
Occupational Health Advisor Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a peripatetic Occupational Health Advisor based around Northamptonshire and the South Midlands on a full time permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to work for a well-respected and successful Occupational Health provider who give as much back to the Occupational Health Advisor as they will give to the company. They are keen to stimulate and help their Occupational Health Advisors grow and develop with the continual development of their Occupational Health Advisors with study days and team building opportunities.
Occupational Health Advisor Job Requirements:
This will be a predominantly peripatetic Occupational Health Advisor position covering local businesses around Northamptonshire and the South Midlands.
The main duties of the Occupational Health Advisor are the full Occupational Health remit, specifically:
• Management Referrals- giving specific fitness for work advice and close working relations with HR.
• Health assessments including audiometry, spirometry, fitness testing (chester step test), drug and alcohol testing, BP, height, weight and health interview
• Immunisations for Tetanus, diphtheria and polio and Hep A and some year’s flu.
Occupational Health Advisor Skills/ Qualifications:
To be considered for this excellent Occupational Health Advisor opportunity you must be a Registered Nurse.
Degrees or diplomas in Occupational Health are preferred.
To be successful the Occupational Health Advisor must be highly experienced, be able to work autonomously, and capable of giving very specific and clear feedback in referrals.
