A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Manager/ Internal Quality Inspector to join a developing care organisation. My client is looking for somebody to join their existing development and compliance team to assess and improve their services across Cambridgeshire. The Compliance Manager/ Internal Quality Inspector will champion compliance with a hands-on approach to achieve and exceed high standards of care across all services, provide written reports to managers highlighting needs of improvement and support the senior management team.

They have been established for over 20 years in providing care across Peterborough/Cambridgeshire and through high end investment and core values they have built up their reputation for offering person centred care and encouraging our older generation to retain their independence where possible and live life to the full..
As Compliance Manager your role will be to support and assist in the development, review and implementation of Quality Assurance and Management systems and processes. You will be responsible in supporting the Director of Operations in achieving, and where possible, exceeding ‘Essential Standards of Quality and Safety’ as determined by the Care Quality Commission, or subsequent incoming regulator. You will contribute and lead on quality initiatives as directed by the Director of Operations and help to take these fantastic services to OUTSTANDING.
In order to be considered you will need to possess the following:
- Good working knowledge of CQC Essential standards of quality and safety and the Health and Social Care Act 2008
- Knowledge of legislation and policy relating to the care of older people
- Experience in the development of care policies and procedures
- Home Management experience
- You will need to hold the NVQ 4 in Care Management or equivalent
- Possess excellent people skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of Dementia care
