Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor
Location: South West London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and capable Health and Safety Advisor to join a prestigious construction company in South West London on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful Health and Safety Advisor will be based on-site to co-ordinate, support and give advice on all aspects of Health and Safety. You must be client driven, a good communicator at all levels and willing to undertake further training necessary for the role.
In this Health and Safety Advisor position you will work closely with the Health and Safety Manager and you will be responsible for attending and conducting safety meetings, carrying out site inspections, risk assessments, method statements and audits to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented and up to date with all current and new legislation.
As a responsible Health and Safety Advisor you will maintain a working knowledge of all HSE legislation and any developments that affect the construction industry.
In this Health and Safety Advisor position you will be working on a residential construction project dealing with RC Frames. Experience within this type of construction is essential. Experience with commercial projects, including high rise buildings is also desirable.
NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety - Essential.
NEBOSH Construction Certificate - Essential.
Tech IOSH or above.
