Position: Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Location: Leeds
Job Type: Permanent (full-time or part-time)
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join my client's friendly practice on a permanent basis! There is the flexibility of both full-time and part-time hours available. You shall be working amongst a large multidisciplinary team of fellow ANPs, Practice Nurses, HCAs and GPs!
Duties will include:
- Triaging (telephone and face-to-face)
- History taking
- Diagnosing
- Prescribing medication
- Reviewing medication
- Making appropriate referrals/dismissals
- Chronic disease management
- Dealing with minor illnesses/injuries
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team-player
