Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Location: Exeter, United Kingdom
An esteemed healthcare facility in Exeter is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of the community. The role is mainly telephone consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests, to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients.
- Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Perform clinical procedures and interventions within the ANP scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with advanced practice qualification (ANP).
- Proven track record of success as an ANP in primary care or community healthcare settings.
- Strong clinical acumen and proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse patient populations and colleagues.
- Sound decision-making abilities and adeptness in problem-solving.
- Current NMC registration and eligibility to work in the UK.
