Job Description: Care Home Manager
Location: Bradford
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 with an OTE of £65,000
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team in Bradford. The ideal candidate will be RGN/RMN qualified with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a home manager or regional manager. A proven track record with the CQC is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external bodies and stakeholders.
- Motivate and engage staff to ensure high-quality care and a supportive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
- Foster a kind and caring environment for residents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- RGN/RMN Qualified.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.
- Strong track record with CQC.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Compassionate nature with a focus on resident care.
