On behalf of a leading care provider I am currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join one of their nursing homes within the Bishop's Stortford area - commutable from Harlow, Ware, Braintree, Stevenage, Letchworth etc
To be considered for this registered home manager / care home manager role you should have previous management experience within the elderly care sector and you must have managed luxury homes. This is a market leading home and our client are keen to hire a new manager who has managed luxury homes. Home manager candidates must have managed homes rated as GOOD or OUTSTANDING in CQC reports. Any commissioning or home development experience would be beneficial.
Our client is looking to hire a manager who is passionate about delivering excellent care. They want someone to ensure this home is the best home in the Bishop's Stortford area.
The registered home manager / care home manager job role:
• Manage the day to day running of the home.
• Oversee the delivery of high calibre nursing care
• Provide staff management, support and development.
• Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care.
• To liaise with and co-operate with CQC inspectors and with their inspections.
• Commission new home and ensure the home attracts new residents
Person specification of the nursing home manager / care home manager:
• Strong care home management experience
• Knowledge of elderly care.
• Knowledge of high end luxury care
