We are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Home Manager to lead our established residential care home in Barnsley.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and leadership are maintained while creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and colleagues alike.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing inspirational leadership to your team
• Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation
• Driving continuous quality improvement
• Managing budgets and occupancy levels
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community
• Recruiting, developing, and retaining a motivated staff team
• Promoting a culture centred on dignity, respect, and person-centred care

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
• A proven track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to complete if appropriate)
