Purosearch are working with a developing care provider to recruit a Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to oversee a small care home in Exmouth.
The Regional Manager is ideally we are looking for an experienced registered Manager with 2 years + Care Home Management experience who can develop within the business as they continue to grow.
As Registered Manager / Care Home Manager you will be an inspired leader, understanding and contributing to the organisation strategy, and implementing it at a local level. You will be the role model for your team, and you'll inspire your them to provide the best care possible,
We are looking for a Registered Manager / Care Home Manager with specialist knowledge in dementia care to ensure the delivery of all care services are of the highest standard. You'll oversee the home's finances, including managing the sales team and ensuring they deliver on revenue targets, as well as budget planning and cost control.
You must have NVQ5 to register with CQC, good understanding of dementia and residential care, 2 years + Home Management experience and understand how to develop a care home.
