On behalf of a leading care provider I am currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join one of their market leading new care homes within the Peterborough area.
To be considered for this care home manager role you should have previous management experience and hold a management qualification (NVQ5). Registered Manager candidates MUST have strong elderly care sector knowledge and strong knowledge of CQC legislation.
The home has a GOOD CQC report and a fantastic rating on carehome.co.uk. It is a very highly regarded home in its local area and the company have a wonderful reputation for care .
Our client is looking for a proven, high calibre home manager with proven history of obtaining GOOD CQC reports. Care home manager candidates should have excellent person centred care skills and be dedicated to ensuring the best care is delivered to people at all times. This home ensures people live in an fantastic environment, there is a cinema, café, activities rooms and even a pub!!!
The registered manager / care home manager job role:
• Manage the day to day running of the home.
• Provide staff management, support and development.
• Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care.
• To liaise with and co-operate with CQC inspectors and with their inspections.
• To promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice.
Person specification of the registered manager / care home manager:
• Experienced home manager / registered manager
• Solid elderly care experience
• CQC knowledge.
