The service features a 4-bed setup.
Flexible working hours: ideally, a one-on-two-off or two-on-four-off schedule with no overnight stays, thanks to our dedicated waking night team.
As the service matures, expect increased flexibility, potentially transitioning towards a 9-to-5 shift pattern.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Prior experience in a senior/team leader or deputy manager capacity within a children's residential setting is essential.
