The home that you will be managing will be a small childrens EBD home, allowing care to be provided to 2 children aged 11 – 18 coming from an EBD background.

As the Children’s Home Manager you will carry out a number of duties, such as:
– Recruitment
– Training
– Caring for the children
– Leading Ofsted inspections

In return for your work as the Children’s Home Manager, you will be rewarded extremely well! You will be offered a salary of up to £40,000 along with a bonus scheme of up to 21%. There is also 25 days on annual leave + bank holidays!
