This is a fantastic opportunity with an acclaimed care provider. They are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee their Good rated 5 bed home. The home is currently in need of an excellent candidate who can come in and improve it from it's already impressive position with Ofsted.
We seek a Registered Manager who aligns with the company's values and ethos, displaying passion and drive. This opportunity is ideal for a Deputy Manager aspiring to advance in their career or an experienced Registered Manager seeking a new challenge.

Responsibilities for the Registered Manager Role:
•Oversee home management and register with Ofsted
•Maintain exceptional care standards for children and young people
•Manage referrals and ensure appropriate placements autonomously
•Conduct reviews and facilitate meetings
•Ensure thorough staff induction, supervise trained personnel, provide mentorship, and conduct assessments
The preferred candidate should have managerial experience in children's services dealing with complex needs and highly challenging behaviour. Ideally, they should hold a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification in Children & Young People.
