Purosearch is seeking a passionate Children's Registered Manager to join a reputable children's provider in the North West. This opportunity is for their Therapeutic Community based in Liverpool.
The provider, specializing in offering support to young people aged 10 - 18 with complex needs, is well-established and operates on a smaller scale.
Role Overview:
As the Children's Home Manager, you will lead, manage, and direct the residential children's service, ensuring the highest quality of care. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, staff management, budgeting, and compliance with OFSTED standards.
Job Requirements:
Substantial experience in residential childcare, with essential management experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in Children's Residential Care.
Evidence of achieving positive outcomes with Ofsted.
Demonstrable managerial skills.
NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management or willingness to obtain.
Dedication to delivering exceptional care.
Comprehensive understanding of EBD, SEMH, and other complex/challenging behaviours.
Rewards & Benefits:
Salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000, based on experience.
