The home is settled and fully staffed, providing a stable environment for residents. We are seeking an individual who can effectively manage the home without the need for constant micro-management. The focus is on creating a therapeutic atmosphere, steering away from an institutionalized approach, and fostering a loving home environment.
Our client is in search of an empathetic leader to establish the structure of the residence while imbuing it with a feeling of warmth and homeliness. The home is located in the town of Chippenham, providing a dynamic fusion of convenience, culture, and connectivity. In this locale, a flourishing job market, a diverse community, and outstanding transport links converge to create a vibrant and enriching living experience.
To incentivize and reward excellent performance, we offer a full occupancy bonus of £150 per month, with the current status being full occupancy. Additionally, the home's Ofsted rating plays a crucial role in our rewards system. Achieving a "Good" rating results in a bonus of £500, while an "Outstanding" rating earns a bonus of £1000.
