You'll be part of a dedicated team, including a supportive deputy manager, an experienced RI, and a hands-on owner with extensive industry experience. About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
•Provide guidance and support to staff members to uphold the highest standards of care for the children.
•Play a key role in recruiting and onboarding new staff members.
•Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance the team's skills.

This role also offers an excellent opportunity for a deputy manager to progress in their career.

Requirements:
•Hold a Level 5 Diploma in children's residential care.
•Previous experience managing residential children's homes.
•Ideally, possess registration with Ofsted and familiarity with their regulations.
•Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead both staff and children.
•Proven experience in team leadership and supervision.
