Position: Children's Home Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Liverpool

We are excited to offer you the chance to play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing a brand-new children's home, catering to the needs of up to 2 children. Your dedication to high-quality childcare and meticulous placement matching will be essential, as we prioritize quality care over mere occupancy.
You will join a dedicated team comprising a supportive deputy manager, an experienced RI, and a hands-on owner with a wealth of industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure the highest standards of care for the children.
• Play a key role in the recruitment and onboarding process of new staff members.
• Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of the team.
This role also presents an excellent opportunity for a deputy manager to take the next step in their career.
Requirements:
• Hold a Level 5 Diploma in children's residential care.
• Previous experience in managing residential children's homes.
• Ideally, possess registration with Ofsted and familiarity with their regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead both staff and children.
• Proven experience in team leadership and supervision.
