Children's Home Manager Needed!

This provider has set up a new home in Preston and embark on a new journey of care and support for children and young people with learning disabilities. Our client, a reputable organization, has recently opened a new children's home and is seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to lead as the Children's Home Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

This provider is looking for a Children's Home Manager who shares their values and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of the children and young people under their care.

The ideal candidate will:
•Have prior managerial experience in a children's residential setting.
•Hold a Level 3 qualification in children and young people's services, with enrolment in the Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care being advantageous.
•Demonstrate a forward-thinking and supportive work ethic, capable of effectively leading a team.
•Possess a deep passion for creating positive outcomes for children and young people.

What They Offer:
•Highly competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £62,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
•Bonus scheme in place.
•Participation in a shared on-call rotation across our six homes.
