This role is with a leading provider of Children’s residential provisions and education who offer all the tools and training to be a successful children’s home manager.

Suit an experienced children’s home manager or a strong deputy manager looking to step up. The role to maintain and improve on the already high standards in the family style home in line with the company’s expectations. Support is offered to complete the level5 Diploma Children’s Residential qualification.

You’ll be providing leadership, support and direction for the well-established care team and champion the company’s ethos. Working with professionals from a wide range of different disciplines, liaising with outside agencies and stakeholders, you will demonstrate professionalism and act as a role model for staff.

The fantastic package:
Negotiable depending upon experience circa£40,000 per annum plus a good bonus scheme where you can earn an additional £9,000 per annum!
