Job Description: Clinical Community Lead Nurse
Location: Chingford
Salary: £25 - £27ph
Purosearch are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Community Lead Nurse to join the team of a well established care provider. The successful candidate will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care and support to our community of residents. You will lead a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Liaise with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC pin
- Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role within a care setting.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
