Salary: £45,000 - 55,000
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN or RMN) to join a growing healthcare provider. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a beautiful village setting and requires supporting the manager in the day-to-day operations of the home. You will receive robust support from Senior Management and be instrumental in promoting the development and progression of staff.
