My client is looking for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to aid the home manager in running of their luxury care home in Essex. The home boasts a relaxed family atmosphere, residents are invited to decorate their rooms with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels like home.
Candidates need to be nurse qualified to be considered.

The successful Clinical Deputy Manager RGN/ RMN candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Active NMC Pin RGN / RMN
- Experience of working in a Large Nursing home
- Experience with elderly, dementia care
- Good knowledge CQC and local authority standards
