Hours: Full-time
Salary: £23 per hour
What We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse with a valid nursing pin
Proven experience in a clinical leadership role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to lead and inspire a team of dedicated healthcare professionals
Passion for providing person-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate clinical activities within the nursing home
Provide leadership and support to the nursing team
Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize resident well-being
Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and policies
