Job Title: Commissioning Nursing Home Manager
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Manager to join a new luxury Nursing home situated in Stoke-on-Trent. The facility specializes in caring for the elderly while also offering various complex care services.

Qualifications and Experience for the Nursing Home Manager Role:
• Current NMC PIN or equivalent certification
• Proven managerial experience within a Nursing Home setting
• Proficiency in clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of CQC standards
• Exceptional skills in people management and communication, coupled with a strong commitment to providing quality care
• Demonstrated ability to promote the facility and increase occupancy rates

Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Manager:
• Engage in continuous assessments to plan and assess the needs of residents, while also coaching and setting an example of best practices for the team
• Diverse daily tasks, encompassing recruitment, ensuring adequate staffing levels, compliance with legislative and regulatory mandates, and ongoing care assessments
