Purosearch are working with a well organised charity who specialise in care for people with a learning disabilities or mental health conditions. The client is looking for a Registered manager with an excellent background with CQC and has a passion for making a real difference in a home.
Key Accountabilities:
· Ensuring that the service complies with all CQC regulations
· Developing and implementing a quality assurance framework
· Managing the day-to-day operations of the service
· Working closely with other staff members focusing on care plans and risk assessments
· Recruiting and training staff
· Developing relationships with service users, their families, and carers
Skills Required:
· Prior experience as Registered Manager (Preferably Learning Disabilities)
· Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care
· Strong staff management skills
· Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
· Deliver the highest quality person centred care
· Forensic/ Mental Health background- Complex care
