Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Near Herne Bay, Kent
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
I am delighted to be recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join a state-of-the-art new care home located near Herne Bay in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a reputable and well-established care organisation known for its high standards and excellent reputation in the sector.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to support the day-to-day clinical and operational running of the home, ensuring the highest levels of care are delivered consistently to residents.
Key Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC pin
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a nursing home or a strong Clinical Lead ready to step up
Sound understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Strong knowledge and experience in dementia care
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Punctual, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding care
