Purosearch are actively working with one of the UK's leading care organisations and are looking for a Deputy Manager for one of the nursing homes they provide in West London. As the Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Home Manager and will both be responsible for the overall management of the home. You will lead a team of nurses and will be a point of call for all staff of the nursing home, by motivating and supporting them to ultimately provide the highest standard of care for the residents.
My client are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who has strong management skills as well as good communication skills. The home itself is a medium sized nursing home offering dementia nursing, nursing and specialist care. The home is currently struggling with CQC and is rated as Requires Improvement, it will be a key part of the chosen candidates Job Description to work with the Home Manager and improve these CQC ratings.
Chosen candidate requirement:
- Registered Nurse with an active PIN
- Elderly and Dementia care experience
- Nursing Home experience
- Strong management and communication skills
