Salary: Up to £54,500 a year
Job Description:
We are seeking a permanent Deputy Nurse Manager for a brand new, luxury purpose-built care home in Oswestry. The ideal candidate will be RGN or RMN qualified with a current PIN. You will assist the manager in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supervising the nursing team
- Lead and motivate staff to provide compassionate care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Support the manager in operational and administrative tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
- RGN or RMN qualified with a current PIN
- Proven supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
