NEW Deputy Nurse Management opportunity available with a developing care provider for an experienced nurse / clinical lead / deputy manager. The Home Manager requires a Deputy Nurse Manager to oversee the clinical compliance, staff management and to support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home.
The home is owned by a family run provider who have won a number of awards over the years for their service to dementia care.
We are looking for an experienced nurse / clinical lead / deputy manager with a valid NMC PIN, 3 years experience working within a nursing home sector and great communication skills.
