Brand new opening has arisen for a Domiciliary Care Manager / Home Care Manager to join a fantastic domiciliary care company in Gosport / Fareham.
My client seeks a friendly and caring Domiciliary Care Manager / Operations Manager. Candidates must have worked in a management capacity previously ideally as a Domiciliary Care Manager / Home Care Manager previously.
You will join a caring, compassionate organisation whose primary aim is to ensure a high standard of life for all service users. You will ensure high calibre care is delivered at all times. You will help to market the service and to liaise with family members and future service users. You will hire and train staff. You will increase the number of service users and domiciliary care hours.
You will have full responsibility for the domiciliary care company, this will include hiring new staff, overseeing training and home promotion. You will ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors.
