Are you an experienced children's home manager seeking a fresh challenge and a company where you can advance your career? This established children's provider presents an exciting career opportunity, involving dual registration with Ofsted to establish two small EBD children's homes located adjacent to each other.
As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you will enjoy full autonomy in overseeing your home. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the homes, fostering an environment where young individuals can thrive. You'll lead and inspire your team to create a warm and supportive atmosphere, adhering to the Children's Homes Regulations while maintaining high standards of care and quality. Your responsibilities will include organizing work schedules, providing training, and coordinating necessary services to support childcare practices effectively.
Leading a team, you'll also play a crucial role in their professional growth, ensuring they deliver top-notch care and are empowered to pursue their own career aspirations. Supported by the Recruitment Manager, you'll contribute to building a positive workplace culture where colleagues feel appreciated and motivated. Additionally, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized care and education plans to meet the unique needs of the children and young people under your care.
