Position: Dual Registered Manager
Location: Near Hythe, Kent
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced and motivated Registered Manager looking for your next challenge?
I am seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two services near Hythe, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care to adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.
The Ideal Candidate:
Already a Registered Manager with the CQC
Proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good ratings in CQC inspections
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices
Extensive experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions
A confident and compassionate leader with excellent communication skills
A driver with access to a vehicle, as travel between services is required
