We have a unique job which will manage the delivery of new residents to care homes and to ensure that care is delivered effectively to all new residents. You will liaise with family members and prospective residents to create care packages for new residents with the home manager. Your role will be to ensure residents are placed in the correct homes with the correct levels of care. You will provide customer service and support to families and guide them through the sales pathway to ensure new residents are placed in a range of fantastic care homes.
Family Liaison Manager / Care Home Customer Service Manager candidates should have experience within care homes and ideally within customer service positions.
Family Liaison Manager / Care Home Customer Service Manager candidates should have knowledge of care planning and elderly care.
Care home deputy manager’s, unit manager’s, senior carer’s, care managers etc looking for a step into a different and exciting role will be considered.
