Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated General Practitioner to join our supportive and well-organised team. You will play a key role in providing safe, effective, and patient-centred care to a list size of around 9,000 patients.

Main Duties

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care through face-to-face, telephone, online consultations, and occasional home visits.

• Screen for risk factors, manage long-term conditions, and make referrals where appropriate.

• Contribute to clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Prescribe in line with formulary, NICE guidance, and good prescribing practice.

• Share administrative tasks, including reviewing lab results and correspondence.

• Support training and mentoring of junior doctors where appropriate.

Person Specification

• Full GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List.

• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

• A valid UK driver’s licence.
