Salary - £45,000 - £50,000

My client seeks a friendly and caring Care Home Manager / Registered Manager with a stable background and strong knowledge of elderly care.
Candidates must have worked as a Home Manager previously and should have managed compliant homes.
You will join a caring, compassionate organisation whose primary aim is to ensure a high standard of life for all service users. You will deliver person centred care and ensure high calibre care is delivered at all times.
As care home manager you will have full responsibility for the home this will include hiring new staff, overseeing training and home promotion. You will ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors. Care home manager candidates should display solid business skills including successfully filling beds and ensuring the home
The successful Home Manager candidate will be:
-General home management experience
-Knowledge of quality standards
-CQC legislation knowledge
-Home promotion skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
-Strong planning and organisational skills
-Good communication skills
