Salary - £50,000 - £52,000
On behalf of a person centred care organisation I am looking for a Registered Manager in Bedford!
This fantastic organisation specialises in high quality, residential care for older people and those affected by dementia related illnesses. They believe such care can only be achieved through positive, involved management and dedicated staff who share their vision.

They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to be responsible for day to day running of the home, recruitment of staff, appraisals, disciplinaries, budget management, assessments etc. The ideal person will have at least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager, sound knowledge of the needs of older people and those affected by dementia and hold the NVQ 5/ RMA or equivalent.
