£60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Purosearch have a fantastic job opportunity to join an exclusive care provider. We have a brilliant Nursing Home Manager job. You will oversee a wonderful care home which boasts a great reputation in its local area. The home is a beautiful building. It is bright, modern and architecturally stunning. It is one of the best homes in Norwich.
This is a hands-on role and you will be expected to market, promote, advertise and recruit as well as liaising with relevant governing bodies and local authorities. You will lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to your residents.
Candidates ideally be a nurse RGN / RMN, but non-Nurse qualified candidates are still considered and should have strong clinical knowledge. Nursing home manager candidates should have a good track record of obtaining compliant CQC reports.
Nursing Home Manager Job Requirements:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• General management of the nursing areas
Skills/ Qualifications:
• Previous managerial experience
• Clinical background & a strong leader.
• RGN/RMN preferred, not essential
• Hands on practical approach
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic
