My client is a UK based charity that provides support to children in Ghana by aiming to break the cycle of poverty for families and children. They focus on ensuring that children are happy, safe, healthy and are able to remain in education.

My client is seeking an Individual Experience Manager who will be responsible for the development of mass engagement fundraising activities under the three main areas of Individual Giving, Challenge Events and Community fundraising.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the fundraising team and will be responsible for driving forward the development and growth of the charity’s Individual Experience programme through knowledge and experience of digital marketing and fundraising.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for the development of fundraising strategies across Individual Giving, Community and Challenge Events.
• Manage and support the Support Experience Assistant in delivering excellent fundraising initiatives across both Community and Challenge Events
• You will develop acquisition and retention strategies, manage a digital engagement strategy ensuring donor support is maximised.
• You will oversee the development of the community fundraising programme alongside the materials needed to create an engaging experience
• You will evaluate and review the activity of income generation across the three income streams
• You will uphold the charity’s values and ethos


REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of digital fundraising
• Extensive copywriting skills
• Experience in designing and delivering strategies for retention and acquisition
• Experienced in working with CRM databases and adhering to GDPR legislation
• Ability to monitor performance and analysing conversion rates
Management of budgets and marketing plans
• Ability to develop strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks effectively


REMUNERATION

• Salary up to £35,000
