One of my clients, who are one of the UK's leading care organisations, are recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager in South London. As the home manager, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager and lead a team of nurses to ensure the highest standard of care is given to the residents. You must have strong communication and leadership skills. The home is currently rated as Requires Improvement, and it will be an important aspect of the chosen candidates job to improve this rating.
The Nursing Home itself a former convent, and home has been refurbished to provide spacious and homely accommodation including ensuite bedrooms, a dedicated activity room and large communal rooms. Landscaped gardens and a patio area can be enjoyed by all. The home is close to the shops and local amenities.
Chosen candidate requirements:
- RGN
- Nursing Home Manager background
- Elderly and Dementia specialist
- NVQ L5
- Good CQC history
