The home is a medium sized, modern service that has been developed to a very high standard with en-suite accommodation throughout and state of the art equipment and design. There are secure landscaped grounds and a delightful garden. The home provides residential, nursing, dementia care and respite care. The home is a first class environment in which to work.
My client seeks an experienced Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager with a solid clinical background and leadership skills. Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager should be qualified Nurses however, non-nurse qualified candidates will be considered.
Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager candidates should have strong knowledge of the elderly care sector and should have experience working with dementia sufferers. You will implement excellent care delivery strategies, person centred care and safeguarding procedures. In addition to ensuring the best possible care is delivered you will make sure the business is run effectively. You will oversee marketing, home promotion, show relatives around the home and liaise with local authorities / stakeholders etc.

The successful candidate will have:
* RGN/RMN qualification - preferred not essential
* Proven track record of successful home management
