My client, who are one the leading care organisations, are looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager for one of the large services they have based in North London. As the Nursing Home Manager, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager and ensure that the highest standard of care is given to the residents. The service itself is a large nursing home and specialises in elderly and dementia care. The service is currently rated as Good in all areas.
My client are looking for a strong manager who has excellent leadership and communication skills, as the Home Manager, you will be a focal point of call for a number of carers and nurses, and will ultimately play a critical role in ensuring the service runs efficiently and with the companys ethos at heart.
Candidate requirements:
- RGN
- Strong CQC background
- Elderly and Dementia specialist
- NVQ L5
- Good communication and leadership skills
