Purosearch have a fantastic job opportunity to join a wonderful care provider. I am looking for an experienced home manager who is dedicated to providing the very best care to their residents.
I am looking for a Nursing Home Manager / Caring Home Manager to manage a beautiful service which has a good CQC rating. The home provides residential and nursing care. Is a fantastic new building that boasts beautiful interiors and is surrounded by delightful gardens.
This is a hands on management role and you will be expected to market, promote, advertise and recruit as well as liaising with relevant governing bodies and local authorities. You will lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to your residents.
Candidates ideally will be nurse qualified, however, people with nursing home knowledge but without an active NMC pin will still be considered.
Nursing Home Manager Job Requirements:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• General management of the nursing areas
Skills/ Qualifications:
• Previous managerial experience
• Clinical background & a strong leader.
• RGN/RMN - preferred, not essential
• Hands on practical approach
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic
