Nursing Home Management opportunity available with a family run provider in South Wales for their service in Llanelli
Our client is a developing care provider who require an experienced Nursing Home Manager in the Llanelli area.
The Owner is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of their 40 bed nursing home providing specialist care and dementia care. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CIW.
Job Requirements for Registered Home Manager:
- Overall responsibility of the home
- Staff management/ appraisals/ training
- Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
- Budgets/ business development / marketing
Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
- Proven track record of successful home
- home management experience
- Ideally nurse registered
- Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Sound knowledge of CIW and Care Standards
