The Role: Nursing Home Manager

As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance and person-centred support. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and care staff to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire the nursing and care team.

• Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements.

• Maintain the highest levels of clinical and nursing care.

• Oversee budgets, staffing, rotas and occupancy.

• Build positive relationships with families, professionals and the local community.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – essential.

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead.

• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care.
