Purosearch are working with a well established family run organisation to recruit a Quality and Compliance/Operations Manager. As the company is now developing across other areas an Operations Manager is required to assist the Home Managers and Directors across South Wales.
I am looking for a Manager with Operations, Turnaround, Business Development and Compliance Management experience, also a desire to provide a great customer service and support. Someone who is passionate about care standards and understands the role of a Home Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to a well respected organisation as they grow and develop, the Quality and Compliance Manager will be responsible for leading and embedding a culture of high quality services through innovation and is accountable for the implementation of improvement across Care Services.
To apply you must have Home Management/Turnaround Management experience along with;
-Knowledge of the Health & Social Care Act 2008
-Regulations and government agenda in this field
-Experience of developing successful teams
– Developing, implementing and auditing quality systems
-Turnaround or Commissioning Home Management experience
-Able to build relationships
-Develop and deliver staff training
