A Nurse qualified Peripatetic Manager is required to join major elderly care home provider to oversee the management of homes across the West Midlands area.
An exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager has become available in luxury state of the art services situated in West Midlands with a well established, and growing care provider. The services are finished to a high specification and provides care for adults who suffer with complex Dementia and Alzheimers.

The Skills/ Qualifications needed for the Nursing Home Manager:
- Previous managerial experience
- Nurse qualified with active Pin, ideally RMN
- Passionate about working with dementia care.
- Hands on practical approach - be a visible face of the home
- Sound knowledge of Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic - be able to motivate staff and lead a happy home!
My client is looking for an experienced, innovative and dynamic Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record in leadership and management; you will be a key budget holder and a senior member of the management team. As the successful candidate you will be required to manage the home and undertake 24hr operational responsibility of the services and provide Leadership and direction in meeting all people.
