Location: West Sussex and Hampshire
Salary up to £85,000 + benefits + car allowance
Purosearch are representing a medium-sized, family-run organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care within their nursing and residential homes. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on compassionate care, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Regional Manager.
Role Overview:
As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a diverse portfolio of nursing and residential homes across West Sussex and Hampshire. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained while driving operational efficiency and fostering a positive working environment for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to multiple care homes within the region.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
Implement policies and procedures to uphold quality standards and promote resident well-being.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee development.
Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets.
Act as a mentor and coach to facility managers, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Regional Management role within the healthcare sector.
Preferred qualification as a nurse, though not essential.
NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care Management.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of driving results and achieving operational excellence.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary up to £85,000 per annum.
