Purosearch are proud to announce a unique opportunity for a strong Operations Manager / Regional Manager to join a fantastic nursing home in the Isle of Wight area.
Successful Operations Manager / Regional Manager candidates will oversee the care of elderly clients and residents suffering from Alzheimer's / dementia. Candidates should have strong clinical knowledge and should have thorough understanding of the elderly care sector. Operations Manager / Regional Manager candidates must have a very strong background in nursing care / elderly care.
You will manage nursing homes based on the Isle of Wight and you will ensure homes are run successfully.
The successful candidate will be:
-Operations Manager / Regional Manager experience
-RGN or RMN nursing qualification - Beneficial
- Strong elderly care knowledge
-General management experience
-Knowledge of quality standards
-CQC legislation knowledge
